In positions of management one of the first concepts of managing people are that you, Praise in public, punish in private. All good managers will do exactly that, weak minds who cannot control their emotions do the opposite. I can guarantee his players are watching that presser and are laughing their [BLEEP] off. He did not have the courage to address his team like that  in the locker room so he took it out on the reporters. What a complete moron.
