I see a video of a man doing something. Personally, I'm not familiar with any of the procedures or protocols to determine that what he's doing is illegal. I only have the word of someone else that he's performing an illegal act.

 

Furthermore, I see nothing that would indicate LaFaro actually made any kind of official statement or testimony. In fact, he is the only eye witness to this entire deal that is only reported on websites who's credibility is dubious at best.
