I'm going to look at Peyton's senior year, Luck's senior year, Rodgers' junior year, and Bortles' sophomore year.

 

Peyton had some real stinkers. 8 completions on 25 attempts with 1 INT against South Carolina, 12 completions on 27 attempts with 1 INT and 1 TD against Vandy, and then in the Orange Bowl against Nebraska 21 completions on 31 attempts for 134 yards with 1 INT and 1 TD.

 

Luck was much more consistent. Probably his WORST game was 27 completions on 41 attempts netting 256 yards, 3 TDs and 2 INT in a loss against Oregon.

 

Like Peyton, Rodgers had probably his worst game in his final bowl game. 24 for 42, 246 yards, 1 TD 1 INT against mighty Texas Tech. Not too different from Winston's bowl game except Rodgers lost his by 18 points.

 

Blake Bortles had a stinker against Memphis; 17 of 36 for 160 yards. And he threw multiple interceptions in two out of the three big games he had that year. South Carolina and the bowl game against Baylor. (Penn State was the other big time opponent)

 

The point is, Jameis has been remarkably consistent and accurate by any historical measure of draft prospects and his worst games would be considered good to great games for most other NFL QB prospects. I know Luck is the standard for all prospects, but no one meets that standard. That's what makes him special.
