Personnel decisions have been the biggest head-scratchers so far, but maybe that is his way of taking the locker room. All I have is speculation on that. You do have to wonder why we signed McCluster, a guy with speed and versatility, to his contract to basically make him a rotational returner. There are other examples like this as well. On the outside, it makes no sense, but who knows what is going on behind closed doors.
