Had the opportunity to watch George a lot in college at Iowa state. Multiple 150 tackle seasons, good in coverage too. Kid is a baller, all over the field multiple years there at Mike backer. Very athletic and great instincts. Originally from Florida, Thought whoever drafted this kid would be getting a big time steal. glad to see he fell in our laps. This could be two LB steals drafted in the fifth round.


On a side note another really good lLB on a not very good team I have seen a lot is Ben Heney (sp?) from Kansas. This kid like George is all over the place with a bit more size than George. Could be a great steal for whoever drafts him next year.
