Gus is a good coach, and Shad and Dave will be patient. Gus will have pressure for a winning season next year and probably needs a playoff team in 2016 to keep his job, but he is completely safe right now and will be safe next year if the team is competitive.
The team is improving steadily. This was another game where they knocked around a pretty good team and stoned them on a lot of plays, but the few things they didn't do well were the difference in the game. |
