It's what has me worried with this team.
This regime is banking on the young players to take steps forward. The first 2 draft picks (luke and jonathan) are still question marks IMO. They haven't made that step forward. Yes I know Luke is technically still a rookie, but the point remains. They are once again counting on the rookies of this year to make a big jump next year. Will they improve? We can hope, but it's far from a certainty that they will.
