Hurns, Davis, Abry Jones are 3 UDFA's that are contributing hard to the team right now that he's picked up in the past year.

He's drafted guys like Smith & Smith who are contributing as rookies, Gratz who plays well, Cyprien who has had good games and for the most part is a good safety (despite what you think). He's drafted Allen Robinson who has been great, he got Dennard in the FIFTH ROUND and look at how well he is running. He drafted a legit starting center in the SIXTH round who is performing pretty well for a rookie. He drafted Linder who is grading as one of the best guards in the league.

 

The one guy who should not be on the hot seat is Dave Caldwell, he's doing a good job...

 

I think you misunderstood.  I like what Caldwell has done for the most part.  I make the argument that a lot of the young guys on this team are not improving.  We need veteran leaders on this team to "go to battle with" similar to Bryant and Clemons.  I want us to go after veterans on both sides of the ball (and special teams), because obviously relying on guys like Cyprien will land you 1-8 this year and 5-20 so far for this regime.

 

I don't think Cyprien is a good safety.  I think he's decent, but not worth the #33 overall pick.

Gratz has been as advertised, a decent corner.

Denard has been a great pick.

Ace has been a poor pick.

McCray has been a great pick.

 

The most important picks you have to get right are your 1st and 2nd rounders.... and the 2013 draft class for us (and for a lot of teams to be fair) has been very "Meh"...
