of course it's just an opinion. 

my opinion is that Cyprien has been very average this year (which IS an improvement over last year where he was bad for most of the year), but has not had a significant enough improvement in his play to warrant the #33 overall pick last year.  Furthermore, people that blindly proclaim him some kind of very good player are also flat-out wrong (in my opinion) because his play has not been that impressive at all.
