Let's also acknowledge Gus, Dave, Fisch, were all promoted into their positions without prior experience while Babich was actually DEMOTED in Chicago from DC to LB coach then dismissed.

I've seen you state this point before. The prior regime had piss poor talent that did not suffice. What players were here before that would have made all the world of difference this year and turned this thing around? We would still be 1-8 with those guys. At least we are doing it with players with upside and building depth along the way.
