Young players need developed and I haven't seen a lot of that IMO from the current coaches.  That's a problem.

Her's the question though, what do you consider ample enough time to say if a player has developed though? Clearly we know Dawan Landry and Mathis aren't getting better but will Cyprien and McCray? Can you say they wont get better and enough time has elapsed to make that decision? I do know these same young players are producing the same results the old ones we cut were producing when they were here. The difference is these new guys have upside and I can live with that.
