I agree with this post......Gus Bradley is not going anywhere .......yet. He will in all likelihood have this team under him next year but the microscope on him will be turned up full power. I think he will be on a short leash and if they stumble badly out of the gate to start next season, it wouldn't surprise me to see him fired early into the season. The same might not be said for the OC. Just don't think he has command of his decision making skills. That's a nice way to say he's over his head. A change "after this season" is needed at that position.
