There really is no way to compare Bortles to Manning as rookies. I'm in no way saying Bortles will be anything like him but FWIW Manning threw all of those picks with Marvin Harrison coming into his third year and Marshall Faulk in the back field. I'm sure Blake would love to have established talent like that around him.
