Of course this year is a pass for Bortles, but man, I've been fairly unimpressed. I remember watching the bowl game of UCF vs Baylor, and the announcer kept talking about how he hoped Bortles returned for another year to clean up some things. I think he was spot on with that. But if Bortles doesn't end up being our franchise QB, I really don't ever want us to take a QB in the first round again. So you want us to likely not have a QB ever if Bortles doesn't end up as our franchise guy? Makes sense.
