The thing is that there isn't a draft, and many of the teams in the league could be made up of many of the same players. The salary cap aspect does encourage trying to find the not-so-obvious players that you think will hit that week. It just bothers me to hear commercials promoting it saying you can "draft" a new team each week, when in reality it isn't a draft at all bc many of the teams in your group will have the same players you do.
