I respect your response.  And I understand your point.  This is indeed a process.  And looking for "blame" I think may be the wrong verbage that the OP used.  

 

But for the sake of Jaguars talk, it's important to realize that within the process there are points in which the organization should be growing and learning from.

 

Yes, there is youth and inexperience.  Yes there have been injuries and set backs.  I think most of the posters that have issue with where we are right now have conceded these points as part of the reason we are in the state we find ourselves in.

 

But I stress that inexperience and injuries are only PART of the issue.  There are other issues at play as well.  I think we're all just talking about what we think are some of the other issues.  Because, as you said, it's not just 1 thing that we can put our finger on and say, "this is why we're 1 and 9".
