He is sporting a 5-21 record.  Aside from a bunch of excuses there has been no evidence of him being the guy

 

I still think maybe...  I'm willing to see what happens over the next 6 games...  

 

I will say this:  I'm leaning towards keeping Gus and revamping the coaching staff.  If this team continues to fight all the way through to week 17, I think we should let Gus has the 3rd year--- But with a reworking of his staff.

 

But again, at this point...  It's still a maybe for me.
