He's worth 20 billion!   So of course, since she now hates him, she wants as much as she can squeeze out of the guy.   

 

If she can persuade him to settle the whole thing for an extra billion (out of his 20 billion), making the whole settlement 2 billion instead of 1 billion, then I say she's doing what anyone else would do.  Because obviously this is no longer about love, it's now about business.   Get me an extra billion dollars just by filing an appeal?   That's a no-brainer.
