Before winning comes developing and maturing a team full of rookies ans second year players...There is no other way to get there from here

 

 

Yeah, like take the time to figure out how to best get your players in a position to be successfull.  Figuring out who your best RB is.  Figuring out how best to attack another teams defense.  Figuring out that playing a soft zone is not the best way to protect a weak FS and LB corps... 

 

These are all things you have to figure out...  These are all things that Bradley has been very slow to figure out...  

 

It's cause for concern to anyone that is paying attention and watching the games this season...
