I said the owner is fine with where we are, that's pretty much right on par with everything Ive been saying...I said no other coach would be successful as in making a winning record which goes back to saying the jags said they are just about right where they thought they would be...so I am not talking out of both sides of my mouth...don't try and spin what I say...we are improved, the owner said we are just about where they thought we would be right now, we need more experience to get better...just because there is improvement doesn't mean we are where we want to be yet

 

OK.  I just look at the improvement being more on the personel side and not on the coaching side.  I see the improvement because the players are better than last year--Not because the coaches are putting in superior game plans or making great adjustments at half time or burning the midnight oil breaking down game film to figure out what the best strategy for this team would be...

 

As for the franchise PR being that we are right on schedule, well that's great.  But to be honest, that's just PR talk.  We really don't know what they are refering to.  It's quite possible that Khan is looking at it from a personel stand point as well and happy with what Caldwell is doing.  That doesn't give Bradley a pass, though.  

 

Also, I'm not trying to come of like I know anything.  I honestly don't.  These are just my opinions, and they very well could be wrong.  I actually hope I am wrong.  I want Bradley to succeed.  He seems like a good dude.  But I think he needs major help.  I think he needs to bring in more experienced NFL coordinators to help him learn what it takes to be successfull.  We need a scheming X's and O's type OC.  Our special teams coordinator needs to be let go as well.  

 

I just want us to be a winner as well.  I'm just worried that in today's NFL, if you don't have a high football IQ coaching staff, you're in trouble.
