Are you seeing alot of increased talent from Gratz and Cyp?  Shoelace has made some major strides...  He's the only 2nd year player I can think of that has gotten better...  

 

Bowanko and Linder are rookies that are upgrades.  Same with Hurns and AR15.  But I think they haven't gotten better because of our coaching. 

 

Of couse, we're not at any of the practices to tell the difference in terms of whats going on.  I'm honestly just asking.  If we had a better coaching staff, do you think we'd have seen some more of our 2nd year players taking larger leaps of progress?
