The Lines need to be fixed before a QB
|
Quote:Heard a stat whilst watching the Chiefs Texans game on Sunday night that the Chiefs starting O-line are all 1st, 2nd or 3rd round picks. Although we desperately need a better QB, I think the above proves that a top o-line can make a serviceable QB seem better than he is. Remember the stat about Gabbert being a top QB when given 2.9 seconds in the pocket? Point is valid, but gabbert is beyond repair. Even if he had the chiefs line, broncos line, best line in the NFL he would still stink it up. If you still can't see it then I really don't know what to tell you. 2.9 seconds. 3 seconds, 4 seconds, he still over throws balls, doesn't go through his progressions, and stares down his receiver. Can he even read a defense? Why are we even talking about him?!?!
LOVE THEM JAGUARS!
