Like I said after the Rams game, I don't care if I never see Gabbert play again, but I certainly won't be relieved to see captain checkdown Chad in the game scoring between 6 and 12 points.

 

Watching him in the Rams game was sickening. He might turn it around one day like Alex Smith did, but right now it looks like he reached his plateau, and that plateau looks like its at career 3rd stringer just like Henne.

I don't know about that...It's too bad that the forum is changed so I can't go back and find all the posts you made about Gabbert being "clutch, play better when the game is on the line, and it was because of him that the Jags made the comeback against the colts".  After two seasons as the starter, the writing was on the wall, it was just that you and someone like Pete Prisco chose not to look at it.  I mean really, whenever there was a discussion on Gabbert vs Henne, you adamantly defended Gabbert on why you believe he is better than Henne, even though you now claim you "never backed Gabbert no matter what". 

 

But it's cool though.  It's all over now.  The Gabbert/Henne experience will be officially over after this season.
