Mike Evans: Big body but is easily pushed around and moved by CBs when hit making a catch. Solid hands but VERY ugly route running after a usually good initial step on the LOS. He runs exrememly ugly and i see alot of knee/ankle injuries in the pros. Not good in space (awarness issue) but will try to fight through defenders in traffic. Not really athletic and takes alot of advantage of Johnny Football running around till coverage breaks down.

 

He is the WR version of Manziel. Exciting to watch and he runs around alot but he will be battered at the NFL level. He certainly wont be running past CBs on constant fly routes in the NFL and wont have a qb that consistently gets him 5-6 seconds to get open.

I really have no idea how in the world these people can come up with the idea that Evans has any chance of being even close to the WR that Blackmon is. 

 

People really don't understand what they are watching..... 

 

Blackmon is a flat out stud, special player along the likes of Freddy T compared to his position.
