Again I'm not getting too excited about Mallett but so far he's made a good impression. I would like for him to succeed, because a division with Andrew Luck, Blake Bortles and Ryan Mallett could be interesting and make the division fun again. But obviously the chances of that happening are still slim.

I'm looking forward to his ability to get the ball to the receiver so fast. And his release was the fastest in the NFL that week at 2.06 seconds.

    He got the ball to AJ six or seven times instead of once or twice,and he involved our tight ends for the first time this season and got a TD out of it.

 

 His stats may not be stellar,but his command of the offense and the way he spread it around was impressive.

We'll just have to see if it continues.
