There were just as many (if not more) Gator fans that didnt want the Jaguars to take him. If you are basing the Gator cockiness off Tebow to Jax, then I think thats an unfair comparison.


If the Jaguars didnt take Bortles and Jameis wasn't a complete idiot....there would be similar talk of Jameis to Jax.

No. I'm not sure why this is so hard to understand. You think there was an equal amount of gator/Jag fans that didn't want Tebow? Really? Again, 1000's of threads would say otherwise.


I never said other people didn't want tebow other then Gator fans and I never implied it. I'm saying no fan base has pushed a player like the gator fan base did in the history of college football to a pro franchise. And again, this wasn't the first time the gator fan base did that. They just took it to an astronomical level.
