For the record, the 'Welfare Queen' was a real woman, and her story is... to say the least, HORRIBLE.  She was a woman far worse than even Ronald Reagan painted her as.  
 

TED, I know the fraudster he was talking about, but it wasn't about that fraudster. It was about dog-whistle politics sending a coded message to a receptive racist audience, and it's worked for 40 years now.
