Like I said, it hinges on him being healthy, and I'm talking "territory" not "absolute mathematical bottom figure," but my sentiment should be obvious to anyone who has been watching the Jaguars play. The guy has great natural physical ability, and would have blown Blackmon's rookie season away had he been healthy for the last six games where the competition level comes down a bit from where it was in the first 10 games.
