Rules are rules. The ref was standing over the ball because it wasn't supposed to be snapped until the ref gave the OK. Pushing him out of the way isn't getting the OK.

Kinda like that no cal for pass interference in front of the ref. No calls occur all the time and are at the discretion of the team of officials. I get it though, you guys want FSU to lose so bad you will try to find anything to get Winston off the field. Go cry some more in a corner. 27-0 and counting. Haters gonna hate.
