TELVIN SMITH why isnt he starting?

I think Telvin will play around 10 lbs heavier, around 228-230 lbs.
He Well basically weigh as much as Geno Hayes, who's also around 230. It should be enough. Hopefully we can get another stud LB in FA or the draft.i would be fine with Poz, Telvin, some other stud, with JT Thomas backing up everyone.
