They said again yesterday that Fisch streamlined the playbook when Bortles took over to make it simpler for him. I like Bortles, and still have high hopes that he'll be the franchise guy here, but if the book was too complex, and simplifying it was intended to help him, that strategy is proving disastrous. Either put Henne in so we can run the entire playbook, or start calling plays that allow your rookie QB to have some success. It's really not rocket science.

I think all the talk about Fisch being a star on the rise and a future head coaching candidate has probably gone to his head. He's calling plays to show everyone just how genius he is, and the snowball of garbage continues to grow. I'd love to see a targeting chart for the passes yesterday. If we threw more than a couple of passes over the middle I'd be shocked.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
