EricC85 nailed it. Drafting a running back with the first overall pick is grounds for immediate termination of the GM, especially one coming off a torn ACL. I honestly might have lol'd a little when I saw you suggest Gurley as an option at #1.

If no one will trade with us (someone will, btw), stand pat and draft the highest-rated non-QB. Seriously, we have so many needs that a case could be made for virtually any other position. I suspect that would mean drafting Leonard Williams or Randy Gregory, maybe an offensive tackle.
