So what can be done? What has been good, and is worth building on, and what needs to be upgraded.


I held my vote on the "Is Bradley the guy" question for a number of reasons, and I still think he has had a positive impact on the team, but I've seen enough. My first change would be to move him to DC at season's end. If he doesn't like it, he can go elsewhere. He simply hasn't gotten it done..


Fisch - gone. Right now. They can hire me if they want, I couldn't do any worse.


Caldwell - While he bears significant responsibility for this new mess we are in, I am enough thankful for some of the important improvements we have seen. How he handles our franchise-low 1-10 season, and what adjustments he makes from here will determine my ongoing view of him. He is in the most precarious spot of all. Will he realize his own rookie errors, and formulate a new franchise gameplan, or steadfastly, and perhaps blindly and stubbornly insist on 'staying the course'?


BB - I'm not putting much blame on him really. The O-line has been horrendous, and I've seen better playcalling in my backyard. We've got to get him away from Henne. Even so, I'd be willing to burn the pick on Jameis Winston (I think, I'm not a draft specialist) as insurance.



The D-line is the best we've ever had. THANK YOU FOR NOT QUITTING. And for giving me something to cheer for.


WE NEED EXPERIENCE. At HC, coordinators, and on the field. This to me is paramount.


We need FA signing(s). Building through the draft is fine, buttressed with marquis players.


Finally, can and ban FBT for more reasons than I can list.. sorry, I am just too sick of his [BAD WORD REMOVED].
