my breakdown: 

 

Caldwell: Hasn't made any clear home run picks yet. Although this years class could be really good. Between Robinson Linder and Lee I feel like could produce 2 pro bowlers down the road. Bortles looks pretty bad but ill reserve judgement until we get a coordinator who doesnt set him up to fail. If you look at how little Caldwell was left to work with, and also consider the fact that he (smartly) didnt spend FA cash right away, I dont know if you could reasonably predict more than 9 wins the first two years considering the level of talent and youth of the roster. Having only 1 win this year is inexcusable, but imo that largely lies in the hands of Fisch.

 

Gus: I may be in the minority but I think hes done an OK job. This goes back to me believing if Fisch could just make the offense just below average instead of straight garbage we would have probably 4-5 wins now. He was given a roster with no talent and clearly hasnt lost the locker room. If you want to argue he did a poor job assembling an offensive coaching staff I cant dispute that. And thats a big part of being a head coach. 

 

Fisch: Absolute trash. Needs to be fired this offseason. Yeah he was given a raw deal with the lack of talent and rookies but its clear he isnt creative or good at game planning. The offense just doesnt look like an NFL team should. It cant do basic things that you should be able to do even with all the youth at this point. This last game was really the last staw

 

Babich; Idk how to evaluate him because hes basically a puppet for Gus. I think the defense has played at a level to be .500 or better and its pretty young other than the defensive line, so I wouldnt hate him staying. 

 

Bortles: I think some of his issues are fixable. Cam made great strides with his mechanics, maybe it will do wonders for Bortles too. He also has no one to throw to and the offensive line is trash. Next year when we spend some money and have more experience will be able to make a judgement. Still way too early because most rookie QBs historically dont fare well, especially those without a supporting cast. Right now tho he is pretty bad.
