Schedules rotate.  The NFCS played the AFCN this year and the AFCN has dominated them.  Should the NFCS be penalized for having to play a very good AFCN division this year by losing a home playoff game?  Having the winner of a division host a playoff game equalizes schedule inequalities.  It's simple, you want a home playoff game?  Just win your division.  The same rationale you show above could create a scenario where a 10-6 wildcard team in a weak division (like the NFCE or AFCS where 2 teams are bottom feeders) ends up hosting a 9-7 division winner in a truly tougher division.

 

The AFCN is 10-1-1 against the NFCS this year so far which is why one division looks so good and one looks so bad.  Your non-conference opponents shouldn't be given any more control on how the playoffs shake out in your own conference aside from the value of just winning the games against them.
