Telvin has played great in stretches, but he's been really bad at times as well.  I don't mean to kill the enthusiasm many have for him because I have high hopes for him as well, but let's wait until he's consistent before we anoint him.  He handed the Bengals 2 points via a safety on the blocked punt they had.  Completely whiffed on his assignment which can be seen at the 1:05 mark on this video on the Bengals page:

I voted AR15 because it's easy to see what he's accomplished and I don't have any recollection of him playing bad or making a terrible play and he fights for the extra yard or two every time.  Hurns has too many drops, though he seems to be better about it now than he was at the beginning of the season.  He's going to have to get that part of his game under control or the team won't make him a priority signing when it comes time for that.  It feels like he has to double-catch every ball that's thrown to him.

 

I'm not sure how to judge good o-line play.  I know bad o-line play when I see it because it usually involves someone whiffing badly on a block.  I'll leave you guys to making those judgments and take your word for it.
