Dave is the only guy that I will have the wait and see attitude on. Because he's the one that has a background of working and learning from other good  to great football minds and team builders. He has shown he has a knack for drafting some talent and he's taken some chances on players that he missed. But that happens to all GMs. The other thing I can give him credit for is the players he's pursued. Atleast he has tried to pry those players this way IE: Emanual Sanders and Alex Mack. But so far he's had 2 big misses, Paul Bradly and Bubba Bortles.
