This is beyond true. Why set everyone up for failure? A non experienced HC trying to figure out the ropes with a bunch rookies playing is beyond dumb. Caldwell and Khan should have thought this out better before getting Gus. I have to think he BS'd his way through that interview with his "positive" attitude.


Khan: so why do you think you can be a HC of the mighty Jaguars?


Gus: bc man I know that we need to work hard, and these players will respond to me.


Khan: how do you know that?


Gus: because man, I see a ton of potential with these guys, and I believe in you and Dave. You guys rock, and this organization is one of the best, yeah, man. I will show you.


Kahn: but you've never been a HC before.


Gus: look at Seattle. I made that team with our defense, it wasn't Carroll man, I was the guy who pumped them up every game. You gotta stay positive brother.
