except for yesterday, our team is routinely overpowered in the 2nd half.  More often than not, the "halftime adjustments" always go the other way and the Jags can't recover from it.

 

He prepared the team to score 3 points after a bye week against a team that just allowed 51 points the week before.

 

He has preached that winning isn't important, but that getting better is more important.  I just disagree with that one.  Winning is the most important thing, it's the only thing.. and newsflash: if you win, you're getting better.  You have to be.

 

So overall - yes there's been a bunch of reasons to question the coaching staff.  

 

I question a rookie head coach hiring a bunch of nobodies and then the GM giving them a bunch of rookies to play with.  It's a recipe for disaster, which frankly it's been,
