Great writeup as usual. Spot on really. I do understand people's reservations with Manziel, but I don't quite see him as much a boom or bust prospect as many. Yea the whole Johnny Football thing may not cleanly translate to the NFL, but he's got enough talent I think he could be at worst a functional NFL qb without his crazy legs. "functional" isn't worth a first overall, but I just watched a couple Mariota cutupps and still can't really make any argument of why I would pick him if Manziel is still available.
