I know FOR SURE that it's a possibility that Shahid Kahn is going to fire David Caldwell and promote John Oehser to General Manager.

This is rumour and speculation - it’s not news.  Even if it did come true, that wouldn’t demonstrate that whoever said it had any inside information.
