I agree with what you said. I think It will begin to materialize as early as next September. Hopefully the 2013-14 draft class will take a leap and adding a handful of veteran mid to top tier FA's this year along with a new rookie class will add to the pot. As long as Bortles continues on his progression, I see good things happening in our future.
