The Ferguson grand jury got it right, this case in NY got it wrong.

 

And like Ferguson, I hate that it gets turned into a race thing. This is a cop/citizen issue, period. 

 

All you have to do is see the video and you'll have serious questions as to why this wasn't at least manslaughter.

 

Having video on this one makes it a lot easier to question. With no video from Ferguson means we'll never really know what happened. I'd love to hear more from the grand jury as to how they came to their conclusion, what materials they reviewed, and what the vote was.

 

I also hate that it gets turned into a race thing, but not surprising at all.
