It appears to be a moot point. CSU knows schools like UF have very deep pockets (public and private). They knew what they were doing. It will be interesting to see the final numbers.

It was a contract extension done in august. The coach didn't have to sign it. In fact, if he didn't, he still would have got the job at Florida. So he wouldn't have been out of a job or offers.


I don't think you understand the situation. But the reason it falls on the agent is that having that clause in there was not beneficial to his client, Jim mcelwain.
