I hope this never happens to someone personal to you and they are the ones making this sort of accusation. Your story and feelings would quickly change.

You talk out of both sides of your mouth, you say you dont know what happened and then say he did it and shame on people for defending him...all that is being said is that both sides have strong arguments and neither can significantly prove their side....he said she said. If new evidence is presented then it's worth debating but nothing new here.
