Watching a really raw rookie take his lumps is gonna be tough on the heels of 2 dismal seasons. Would be nice if they land on a prospect that isn't as raw.

But sometimes risk isn't always a bad thing. Look at the Bengals on the 2011 draft.


Andy Dalton or Colin Kaepernick.


Do you think they would take the riskier, but higher upside prospect a 2nd time around?


(Disclaimer: this isn't comparing Bridgewater or Mariota to the QBs listed above just the situation of higher floor vs higher ceiling)
