If you want to base it on reality, then you go back to how he coached world class players on Seattle's roster. He was pretty freaking good at doing it when he actually had some to work with.
 

I'm confused, he was the qb coach in Seattle 2010 where they we're 19th in passing, and Hasselbeck was 21st in yards, 43rd in average, 28th in tds and 6th in interceptions.
