Most logical people will agree that 3 years is enough to see tangible evidence of improvement. Not 2 years, not 5 years. The plan was to build a foundation thru the draft. The foundation is in place along with the future at QB. Now we need to let our rookies build off this experience, continue to add depth, solidify a handful of positions with a veteran presence, and potentially add one or two FA playmakers. Next year will be the time to either run Gus and co. out of town or to shower them with well deserving praise.
