Three years is needed to expect improvement. It should only take two years to show "tangible evidence" of improvement. I see no evidence, tangible or otherwise, except for the promise of the 2014 draft. They team has not improved at all during this season. Except for Telvin, Lee, and A.Rob, the young players have not developed/improved during the season. Some such as Bortles, Cyp, and Joeckel appear to have regressed.
