The land from the Mathews Bridge all the way down Talleyrand has nothing to do with the shipyards project.  The shipyard project goes from the Hart Bridge at Metro Park almost all the way up to Bergman Plaza.  There are no EPA issues there.  Only a lack of vision and funding.  Khan's plans are the most likely of many proposals to actually come to fruition.
